The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Welfare is celebrating the International Day of Families in Teshie in Accra.
Under the theme "Family and new technologies", the event focused on raising awareness of new digital technologies and countermeasures to combattheir impact on family well-being. In a keynote speech, Sector Minister Lariba Zuweira said that improving the use of new technologies in family life has become an important issue in today's world.
