Palace supervisor mourns absence of first-teamers for pre-season visit
Gem Palace chief Patrick Vieira said on Thursday that the club's choice to not welcome a few first-group regulars on a pre-season visit through Singapore and Australia was not ideal groundwork for the impending Premier League season.
The Eagles face friendlies against Liverpool, Manchester United and Leeds United in Singapore and Australia in the following week, however their 26-man voyaging crew includes just 11 senior players and is to a great extent made out of young people from the club's foundation.
