The date for the match was known but the Ghana Leagues clubs association board were just contemplating on where to play the match. Either to take it to Kumasi where Asante Kotoko played last year or the Legon sports stadium which is being over used or back to the nations Wembley, Accra sports stadium which has seen some massive face lift since the last quarter of 2024. As we all know the date for the 2025 President Cup is the 6th of July 2025 and now the venue has been confirmed to be the Accra sports stadium which has hosted many of this kind of  matches. The last time the Accra Hearts Of Oak and Kotoko met in a president cup, Hearts beat Kotoko by 2 goal ls to 1. And in this match the president of Ghana is expected to be at the stadium to also watch some of the match. We hope to see some good football on the 6th of next month and to enjoy the rivalry which has lived for long.

The 2024/25 Greater Accra Regional Football Association and Soccer bet Division Two Middle League has so far been marked by a remarkable level of officiating consistency, professionalism, and authority that is setting a new standard for domestic competitions. At the helm of this transformation is the Greater Accra Regional Football Association’s (GARFA) Referees Committee, chaired by retired FIFA referee. Under his stewardship, the committee has deployed a carefully selected panel of experienced and emerging referees who have risen to the occasion, match after match.
