🔥BREAKING : 60 Injured in Iranian Strike on Israel, Media Reports

June 19, 2025 — The number of people injured in the recent Iranian strike on Israel has climbed to 60, according to reports from Israeli media outlets. The attack, which took place earlier this week, marks one of the most intense escalations between the two nations in recent memory.

Initial reports had placed the injury count significantly lower, but officials now confirm that many of the wounded suffered delayed symptoms or had initially remained in shelters before seeking medical treatment. Most of the injuries are reportedly from shrapnel, collapsing structures, or accidents that occurred during the panic that followed the strike. A few have been categorized as serious but stable.

The barrage, which included a combination of ballistic missiles and explosive drones, targeted military infrastructure but also caused damage to civilian areas, prompting condemnation and fear across Israel. The strike triggered widespread alarms across the country, forcing millions into bomb shelters in the early morning hours.

“It was like waking up to the end of the world,” said Noa Levy, a resident of Tel Aviv, who described the terrifying sound of explosions overhead. “I grabbed my kids and ran for the shelter. The sirens wouldn’t stop.”

Israeli authorities have not officially confirmed the total number of projectiles intercepted by their missile defense systems, though sources suggest a significant portion of the Iranian munitions were neutralized. Still, the attack marked a bold escalation that many analysts say may prompt a regional crisis.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened the security cabinet in an emergency session and issued a strong warning: “Israel will respond with the full force of its might. We will not allow our sovereignty or our people to be threatened without consequence.”

Iran has stated that the strike was a direct response to an alleged Israeli operation on Iranian soil earlier this month, though details remain murky and unverified. Tensions in the region have been mounting for weeks, with rhetoric from both sides growing more aggressive.

For Israeli civilians, the fear of further attacks remains high. “This is not just a news story anymore. It’s life and death,” said Ariel Cohen, an emergency medic who has been working non-stop since the strike. “People are shaken. The fear is real. But we’re standing strong.”

As of now, hospitals remain on high alert, and military forces are bracing for potential retaliatory operations.
