A local adolescent named Kofi Mensah was strolling through the hamlet on his way home from school when the unimaginable occurred. A two-Storey structure was being renovated by workers at a neighboring construction site. A set of pliers was unintentionally thrown from a scaffold by a worker. Kofi was hit in the shoulder by the tool as it fell more than twenty feet. He collapsed in agony as the pointed edge dug deep into his flesh.
