The launch of the 2025 President Cup has not distracted the preparation of the team towards the MTN FA final that comes off at Legon sports stadium. The team that is currently based in the Dawu somewhere in the Eastern region of Ghana the team is working tirelessly to make the cut and build up a strong momentum be able to happen on Sunday to add one more trophy to their title cabinet. 

Meanwhile the head coach of the division one side, Golden Kick is also saying that h has all the vim to take down Asante Kotoko since he has already scored Accra Hearts Of Oak at the Legon sports stadium in the round of 16 on penalties. 

Speaking at the event, the Chief Director of the Ministry of Sports and Recreation representing the Minister stated that the ministry wants to make this year's President a memorable and one of a kind event.

He also used the opportunity to announce the members of the 2025 President’s Cup fundraising and Planning Committee which includes; Dr. Tony Aubynn (Chairman), Mr. Nathaniel Kwabena Anokye Adisi “Bola Ray” (Member), Dr. Kofi Abban (Member), Mr. Yaw Sakyi Afari (member), Ms. Veronica Commey (member) and Phyllis Marku Mensah (member). The Ghana League Clubs Association chairman on the other hand stated that the 2025 President’s Cup will focus on climate change and will use the opportunity to advocate for climate change. The Ghana League Clubs Association chairman used the opportunity to introduce SUCCA Africa, a partner of Ghana League Clubs Association which is focused on using football as a tool to fight for climate change.The President’s Cup is an annual football event under the auspices of Ghana League Clubs Association which is used to honor the President’s of Ghana. This year's edition will take place on Sunday, 6th July, 2025 at the Accra Sports Stadium. Times have indeed changed all we want is good things and many do not really care about the source of the thing. We must grow and change from it.
