With the FA cup final coming up in few days Asante Kotoko is currently holding a mini training camp in Dawu and are looking up to add another MTN FA trophy to their cabinet. In the light of these camp in Dawu. The Greater Accra circle of Asante Kotoko made a stop by visit to the team and beautifully went there with some packs of bottled water and some few soft drinks for the players and the entire team. This was sign of commitment and motivation to the team as they prepare for the big task on the 15th of June at the Legon sports stadium. The captain of the side Fredrick Asare, thank them for that kind gesture and also told them that they would do things within their means to win the trophy against Golden Kick sporting club. Everyone is expecting Kotoko to win but never write of the division one side based in Tema, they are really hard to the core.

The transfer window was equally opened for all and it's not as if Kotoko had some privileges and Hearts were restricted in anyway hence couldn't buy the best. So it doesn't make sense to say Kotoko signed quality players than Hearts so were expected to do far better. Are you now blaming Kotoko for the Accra based club's inability to attract top players? Can you blame Kotoko for Hearts' poor negotiation skills and inability to buy big names?
Were Kotoko their purse holders and suggested the players they should buy or not?
You cannot blame anyone for your woes when the opportunity was widely opened for all and the marking scheme cannot be lowered for you because you failed to put a good show on the market.
Football is a game marked by uncertainties. Mathematically, 1+1= 2, Scientifically, acid will always turn blue litmus paper red. These are academic facts that are reliable, tried and tested unlike football that results, expectations or success cannot be reliable due to factors beyond comprehension.
