Kwame Opare Addo, Hearts of Oak's director of communications, states that the team hopes to place in the top four at the end of the campaign.
The Phobian Club will play the defending champions, FC Samartex, at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday in their last match of the 2024–25 Ghana Premier League season.
With 55 points, Hearts of Oak are presently in fifth place. Opare Addo states before the match that they hope to place first after losing the ultimate.
He told Sporty FM, "We have not been able to win the league, but we are trying to finish in the top four and end the season on a high note."
Additionally, Opare Addo denied rumors that the team had chosen to fire head coach Aboubakar Ouattara after the current campaign.
"Hearts of Oak's substantive head coach is still Aboubakar Ouattara. The club has not made a choice.

Jordan Ayew: The games against Mali and Chad will be challenging.
Jordan Ayew, captain of the Black Stars, says he anticipates challenging matches against Mali and Chad in the next September round of the 2026 World Cup qualifying tournament.
The four-time African champions will travel to play Chad before hosting Mali in the Matchday 7 and 8 matches in the Mundial qualifiers, following back-to-back victories over Madagascar and Chad in March.
Ghana will qualify for the World Cup, which will be held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico next year, if they win the forthcoming matches.
The striker for Leicester City told the Ghana FA media, "I think we have a powerful chance of making it to the 2026 FIFA World Cup."
"We are in a great position at the top of the table since the team worked hard to get the points against Chad and Madagascar in March. It is not quite over, though.
"We are committed to winning the final four games we have left to play. As with the Central African Republic and Comoros, it will not be simple when we face Chad and Mali in September. But we will succeed if we have this mindset and teamwork," he continued.
