Their services were missed in the last game against Medeama sporting club. But fortunately the head coach was able to map up, and strong strategy that helped the club beat the might of Medeama. And they even did it without Kwame Poku too. This time around it's a different story all together, because the three key players who missed last week's game are now free to play in the last game of the season after serving their one match ban. Samba O'Neil who has been a stand out player all season long was part of the 3 who missed that game. The centre back who has been superb since his first game for the club would feature in the last game for the club. It's even now more interesting to see how he is progressing especially with how the coach uses him in his new role as a combactive midfielder.
The chief Justice himself Justice Blay also fell a victim to the suspension after he was yellow carded in the away game between Kotoko and Bibiani Goldstars. The less spoken about that match the better. He would also be in for selection against vision FC at the Nii Adjei Kraku sports complex in Tema. The last but not the least of the 3 is Saaka Dauda who also wasn't in action last week would be up for selection against the Tema coastal boys in a game that is very very important to the porcupines. A win and points drop from the two top clubs gives them the league title.
Another player who wasn't suspended but wasn't available is Kwame Poku who is back in the country and part of the squad. He was out of the country to help the national team in their Unity Cup tournament that was played in the United kingdom. For now it's about being patient and hoping for the best of what would come out of a the last game of a very sad season. One that brought pain to many lovers of the porcupine warriors.
