Ruben Amorim: The club hurt the squad for letting Rashford and Antony Leave on loan

Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim is not happy at all at the club despite being in the Uefa Europa League final. After their defeat to West Ham United at old trafford over the weekend, Amorim was really not happy about their performances in the domestic cups and the Premier League. 

He also accused the Manchester United board for letting Marcu Rashford and Antony leave on loan.

He said;

“We lack a lot of things in the team. In January we lost, and you are talking about Rashford and Antony, we lost these players. And we didn’t bring new ones, that was a risk. We are trying to do something more important. But I think that there are things here that are more important than to score 10 more goals this season. We can hurt the squad now but in the future it is going to help the club so I think we are on that path.”

As he has admitted that the club hurt the squad by allowing Marcus Rashford and Antony to leave the squad in January, it also caused them some opportunities to even play in the Champions League next season.

They might not win the Europa league which if they don't, they will only play domestic cups including the Premier League and not even Conference League.

As I wrote yesterday about him trying to step down if things doesn't change next season. He want to bring Manchester United players mentality back to winning way. Antony and Rashford right now, are performing extremely great for their current clubs.
