According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Xabi Alonso is expected to join Real Madrid on a three-year deal that is already in place. He is set to be the coach for the Club World Cup scheduled for June 14th.Xabi Alonso bid farewell to Bayer Leverkusen in their last home match, which they lost. Both he and captain Jonathan Tah will be leaving Leverkusen at the end of the season.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid’s current coach, Carlo Ancelotti, is set to take over as Brazil’s head coach after his initial departure was blocked by the club.
Fabrizio confirmed on his Twitter page that Ancelotti will leave Real Madrid, with a formal farewell planned at the end of May.

Real Madrid lost both the Spanish Super Cup and the Copa del Rey to Barcelona and are also set to miss out on the La Liga title following their El Clásico defeat.
