Hansi Flick agrees to sign a new deal at Barcelona
Hansi Flick have agreed to sign a new deal at Fc Barcelona until June 2027. According to Fabrizio Romano, a trusted source, the Club and manager plan to announce 1 year extension after La Liga title win becomes official, it’s all agreed.
Contract prepared, one more season for Flick as a key part of Barcelona project wanted by Deco and Laporta. Hansi Flick has proved to be a world class manager. He managed Bayern Munich and led them to their 6th uefa Champions league trophy and also dominated the Bundesliga for years.
He left to manage the German National team but couldn't live up to expectations. Germany who are known to have the best managers in the likes of, Jurgen Klopp, Thomas Tuchel, and even Hansi Flick are the Germans to have managed the game and be successful.
Hansi who left the Germany national team job, was called by fc Barcelona to coach the team. Barcelona part ways with their manager, Xavi Hernández not because of performance but because Flick has the experience. He joined and led them back to their perch.
They even defeated their rivals in back to back domestic finals and also defeated them both home and away in the Laliga. As it stands now, they are the favorites to win the Laliga trophy. Even Madrid contacted Jurgen Klopp who is the Global Head of Red Bull to coach them but was rejected.
This has proven how German managers are so rare but good at their jobs. As of today, Barcelona have a 100% record on Real Madrid this season without losing and drawing any game they played against them.
