Carlo Ancelotti: This is the last El Clásico of the season
Real Madrid head coach, Carlo Ancelotti has come out to say, the last El Clásico of the season and, Barcelona won't make the club world cup.
As the season has started, the spanish giants have faced their rivals, Fc Barcelona three times and in these matches, they failed to win a single one. Their defence has caused them the exit from the Uefa Champions League and also, they couldn't beat Barca to win the Copa del Rey and the spanish super cup.
The defence has caused the alot and is about to cause them the Laliga title as they will face Barcelona this weekend. Their backline is is always exposed which they concede a lot of goals from their opponents.
As the season is about to end, they've already qualified to the 2025/26 Uefa Champions League, league phase. They will go into this weekend's game as underdogs as their defenders has all being injured in the likes of, Carvajal, Rudiger, Militao and Alaba.
As of today, they sit second on the Laliga table behind their rivals, Barcelona who are favorites to win the Laliga this season. Carlo Ancelotti said to the media that;
“This is the last El Clásico of the season because Barcelona won't be at the Club World Cup”.
As this will be his last season at Real Madrid and he will be managing Brazil in the next 2026 world cup, he wants Fc Barcelona to know that, this will be the last El Clásico as they, Barcelona won't play in the Club World Cup next season.
